I have lots of series that I love. Lots are amazing and beautiful and nearly perfect. But sometimes I have to pretend like certain elements don't exist, which isn't great, so that's what this is. These ones are cream of the crop when it comes to actually showing a good relationship that would be amazing in real life, too. Doesn't have to be 100% perfect but things have to get resolved in a mature way and consent and communication are a must.
This is so damn cute. They talk things out, they want the best for each other, mcs self-sabotage is shut down, everything just plays out so sweetly and it healed my heart. I've loved it for years and upon re-reading it totally holds up
