The amount of times I yelled "everyone leave them alone!!!! Please!!!" Like goddamn everyone was all up in their business for no good reason!!!
This had a LOT of plot holes and wild ass pacing. I loved a lot of aspects and was disappointed by others.
But oh my god I cried when the dragon showed up in his dreams and he realized it was their first baby oh my god. That was so devastating and beautiful!!!
The characters names did get very confusing to the point I gave up trying to figure out who they were talking about. Especially bc their past lives the side characters had different names and relationships to them i think???? The cousin/brother and secretary/brother especially confused me AND they had the same damn hair color which made it even more confusing. Three central characters with the same hair color and theyre not related and two of them are in love :") this was a total mess of a story but I loved the art and the heart. Im a sucker for soul mates and reincarnation second chances.

I just remembered the person showing up right after Jaemoon left and that was SO scary. Like I read some horror yesterday and that single frame was more effective at freaking me out. Just the thought that they had been there that entire time waiting???? How tf did they get in??? And they moved so immediately </3 it was so fuckin spooky

There's a weird purity culture in BL fandoms, like... I've genuinely seen people say stuff like "I can handle incest/SA/abuse, but I draw the line at cheating." Like??? And half the time it's not even cheating, it's just them sleeping with someone else while being aware the other character exists. Almost any time there's a character that sleeps around (when they're not in a committed relationship), there's a significant amount of slut shaming in response, and I don't get it.
But even when it is cheating, how is it that that is treated so much worse than actual sexual assault?
I draw the line at SA or abuse , I genuinely stop enjoying it for me a dark romance have to be with boundaries he can be manipulative to certain extent but no SA.
As for the cheating thing I think its more have to do witht the story like the MC and ml are fo each other we can't see them with anyone else and this mindset is for people who like 2D stories without much of depth
Ngl one thing I dislike about any Asian story is that the main couple have to be each other first if not they to should be meeting As kid once or twice like its fate they r with each other
I used to be one of those(someone who was find with SA and r*pe but not with cheating)....now I can't tolerate any....still can't digest cheating(something I am never gonna be okay with.....but I hate it when it is proper cheating.....as in they were in a relationship and the other party cheated)....but now I genuinely hate SA and r*pe....as days are going on I am also getting annoyed with borderline r*pe(as in the characters are in a relationship but then one of them is being forceful and so the other reluctantly agree....)

To answer your last question the main reason why so many people not just BL readers, think or treat cheating is worse than rape is because they view rape as a confirmation of desire and obsessing over a person to the point where they can’t control themselves (which is not true) while cheating means that they found someone else attractive, and desirable other than you.

Yeah, I absolutely hate cheating. I think it breaks the relationship if it is genuine cheating (that is not coerced/misconstrued), because disloyalty to that degree is just not forgivable to me. To disrespect your partner by being with someone else behind their back is betrayal, pure and simple, and it ruins any romance story for me.
That being said, I just think that rape is SO much worse, because it not only disregards the person's feelings, it shows that the assaulter's desire is more important to them than the comfort and safety of the other person. It's a complete omission of a fundamental respect for another person's agency.
And I agree, I hate any sort of non-con/dub-con, and hate that I have to turn a blind eye to it so frequently to read otherwise really good stories. Coercion and force aren't romantic. I wish authors would stop pretending it is.
Yh true.....I still love destined relationship tho(as in if it was stated from the very start or the destiny just fcking make sense....that's like one of my fav trope)....but adding that they met each other as a child just for the sake of it(with no reason whatsoever) is annoying....
Honestly both ruins the story for me....altho ngl there might be a chance of me giving the story a chance even tho r*pe is involved if two things r a part of it(one is proper acknowledgement and the other is proper redemption arc)....altho it will still be in the back of my mind as I will be reading it....the same kinda goes for cheating except I haven't come across any like that.....also agree with the last sentence
