I'M SO SCARED this is so good and I'm SO invested but the angst is KILLING ME. I'm desperately hoping Eros and Los/Ros are the same person and it would absolutely be possible considering their name and the classical depictions of Eros with a lyre and the fact that, when it showed Los and Psyche meet it was a different time of day from when Eros killed those guys who had attacked Psyche. It made it seem like those things were happening concurrently but despite showing Psyche and Los in the field after showing Eros kill the guys, it was brighter in the day. Like idk maybe Eros wrote a nickname on his lyre and somehow when he's in human form he gets memory loss.
Anyways I'm terrified Argos is going to do something bad to Psyche :((( the weird sexual obsession he has with Psyche is really upsetting and I hate it and hope it is never allowed to be acted upon.
Psyche is just so pretty and good and I want only the best for him </3 Also I keep wanting to call him "her" I really enjoy the gender blurring here because its beyond just "I'm a MAN secretly living as a girl." And is much more deeply rooted in his life. The fact he doesn't mind being seen as a woman because that's how he's lived is very interesting idk I feel like it just adds a very interesting element of gender beyond just disguise. It does suck to be rooting for Los to be the love interest considering I like him more because Eros is a weird non-con somno god but considering it's the legend of Eros and Psyche, the only way Los will get to be with Psyche is if he's Eros. :"")
