I really don't like MLs that push themselves into the MCs' life, but... oof, this was written by Chepali and just because of that I might try re-reading it someday with fresh eyes.
Black-haired guy needs a slap and a restraining order. I genuinely have no idea why he's a fan favorite, but he's really unlikeable as far as I read.
This is the equivalent of those stupid movies about a Jewish woman falling in love with a N@z1 soldier during WWII, but somehow even worse than that 'cause it's a "what if she fell for H1tler instead?". Get it out of my face. This is not even a toxic BL anymore, it's a whole social experiment.
There are some weird cuts in the webtoon and I was like "why does it feel like they're skipping something?" so I went to read the novel and... ummm... yeah... they were skipping the SA. Every time a weird cut/timeskip is happening, the ML is SA-ing the MC to "make him stronger". EVERY TIME. And they cut all the scenes out of the manhwa.
"let me r*pe you in the bathroom to show you how big my junk is". Sir, with all due disrespect, put it back in your pants or else I'll cut your "big junk" off and feed it to crocodiles. Horrible, hooorrribbleeee.
Yoonseul is like that one guy who knows he's hot and knows you're too in love with him to refuse him, taking advantage of it. This is exactly what he does with Joon, breaking his heart not once, but TWICE, and both times forcing himself back into Joon's life not because he cares about Joon's feelings, but to make himself feel better and stop having nightmares. How is this man a recommendation of "green flag"?
I genuinely don't understand how these r*pey, ML-forces-himself-into-the-MC's-life mangas have such high scores while my little cutie patooties can't get past 9.
Sheesh... anyway-
The story ended for me when the first part ended. I can tell it was written by the same author as The Third Ending. Same entitled protagonist.
The ML doesn't have a romantic bone in his body. Even after they get some sort of romantic development he's so strict, serious and bossy. It's better to enter a relationship with a wall.
No consent in sight.
