This was a rollercoaster. There are so many feelings and conflicts happening in this story, but also so much development and growth. I was sceptical at first, mainly because one of the main characters is homophobic, and while it does get better, it does take a while. This is a slowburn, guys.
A story about toxic love and letting go of people who don't want the best for you. It addresses the process of accepting and letting go of someone you hold dear to your heart. It really tugs on your heartstrings, especially when you see how people pleasing and neglecting yourself becomes such a big part of the characters and plot.
This story deals with miscommunication as one of the main aspects of the plot. A lot of misunderstandings could have been avoided, if the characters just sat down to talk for a minute. So, the plot was bland, filled with yearning and an overall lack of communication. It wasn't the best in my opinion.
This is such an amazing story that depicts the good and the bad about being in a relationship. It shows how people learn to navigate each others' emotions, while also understanding and accepting individual differences. Both the main and side couple have a special place in my heart. I loved this so much.
I found it very funny in the beginning, but then realised the story is very short with not much of anything. I wanted to get to know the characters more, and somehow get to feel better about the large age gap, but that didn't happen. I didn't like how child-like the seme was acting either. Not really for me.
This is actually so abdorable. This author is honestly a favourite of mine, and I can't get enough of their stories. The art is beautiful as always and the dynamic between the characters was really wholesome and nice. I want more.
This is an adorable and non-toxic story. It feels very coming of age and explores many topics that the majority of people may find relatable, such as coming out, chasing your dreams, standing up for yourself and finding your purpose in life, all the while being in a relationship and making that work as well. I could talk about this forever because the story is just that good.
A story about navigating feelings and relationships. I have mixed feeling about the characters and plot, mainly because of the seme, who is a possessive to the point where it gets a bit too much, and he has some other issues that he needs to work through. I get that these issues are due to his past, but he needs some therapy. The characters's dynamic felt off to me at the beginning of their 'relationship', but it got better and actually turned out to be super cute. The ending seemed rushed, too.
A story about falling in love where the pacing is good. The supernatural elements made the plot more interesting and the minor conflict between the uke and seme was resolved perfectly. Their dynamic is honestly to die for and I loved how they tried to take things slow about their relationship.
This had a lot of potential to be a very good and interesting story, but because there aren't many chapters, the plot never reaches its full potential. I wanted to know more about the characters and their pasts, and I can't help but feel like it's a little rushed when it comes to the ending and them getting together.
