Did not think this would end up being as cute as it was. Think feisty MC (with a knife and in some cases just teeth) growing close to puppy ML (with a gun). Ended up liking ML way more than I thought I would at first, you gotta love a man that respects your emotional boundaries and also can land head shots!
Who knew a traumatized gangster and a serial killer with a daddy kink could be so adorable together? Their relationship is unhinged and I'm completely here for it!

No but seriously you have a forced into sex work MC who is all about himself...until meeting his savior (ML). Idk if puppy ML is the right characterization here, more like a guard dog with a sweet side? Both of them are traumatized and scared and desperate and in love. Story isn't finished but I'm begging for them to have a happy ending!
