this manga at it's core is about appreciating humanity.
a sad ending doesn't suit us.
very somber but also very sweet. Very reminiscent of the grand puppeteer and his holy knight. its about the beauty in humanity and the human spirit. made me cry, made me laugh, made me uncomfortable. made me feel all the things when you read something that has so much human in it.
man. i have so many conflicting feelings, the plot at some points was super hard to follow, and they author uses timeskips so much and without warning. but I guess that's kinda the point, I defo got the feeling of what it's like to be immortal. losing track of time and events, that you don't really need years anymore. also that adain and jonak never said I love you, which also makes sense, I think their love and bounds transcends something we can understand.
HOLY ART STYLE. I actually hated the twink but holy shit that was a really good story
