if anyone knows this manga let me know: uke was cute and small and went to an all boys school with the seme and they were like a power couple but seme had to move away for some time and when he came back he didn't recognize the uke because he had a growth spurt and got glasses and wasn't "cute". seme also gains some weight eating the uke's food and uke is a bit of a crybaby lol, i just read it and can't find it but it would fit this list so any help is appreciated ^^

After they graduated and entered college, the uke shot a growth spurt and he was more manly and masculine looking than the seme. (But he was still cute.) College girls would approach the uke, and the seme lost his confidence in keeping his lover (the uke) to himself. During this point the seme proposed to the uke (who wanted to loose his V card) to get a girlfriend. The seme had said this because he did not want the uke to top him, but soon the seme retracked his proposal, fearing his lover would dump him for a college girl. In the end the seme bottom for the uke who lost his male virginity to him.
