Dropped chapter 2, the baby caressing the other baby's cheeks with the BL flower background was hilarious. But the script seems a little awkward, and the MC doesn't want to be in this arranged marriage. The prince seems to be forcing him anyway, and it's supposed to be romantic. Not very into it.

According to the comments it has rape, so I'm not going to try to read it
