Hmm...this is pretty much same as the anime but I read it anyways as I personally LOVED the back/main story & wanted to find out more. The cases are pretty interesting too. I would say, if you haven't watched the anime yet then you'll enjoy this much more.

Ok...the fact is, Horror isn't really my thing. This is the 1st ever Horror manga that I finished reading(I dropped the 1st one I picked up as it was too scary). Surprisingly, It was great read! If you are looking for some light horror manga with a solid story line then you'll like this too. So, I added this one to my list for scaredy cats like me :P :P

ONLY Detective Manga with enough potential to compete with "Detective Conan" but lacks in terms of immense length. Still, If you consider & compare them to case by case then Detective Academy Q wins over Detective Conan, faire & square. Both the mangas & anime are A MUST READ/WATCH!

HIGHLY INFORMATIVE. Yes, that's the term I want to use for this one. I don't know how much of this is realistic but for an ignorant fool like me who knows nothing about Cocktails,Bar Etiquette,Alcohol & their History, this was like a Rare Gem! I don't know about others but I enjoyed this seinen immensely & would Highly Recommend to anyone looking for an educational read.

Brilliant Full Colored story of an Assassin. LOVED the ending even more the story, which I don't wanna spoil ;)

PLEASE, READ THIS from the very beginning, even if you have watched the anime! The anime is good in it's own way BUT very VERY different from the manga. The manga on the other hand is a TRUE MASTERPIECE. This is like the very essence of what a seinen manga should be! I was blown away by the character development, the story, the ending, the plot-twists, the dialogues, in short EVERYTHING!!

Sequel to the legendary "Tokyo Ghoul" & from the way this is going, looks like this is gonna be another legend itself!

Manga & Anime BOTH Equally Brilliant & a Masterpiece in it's own. But the anime doesn't show all the stories of the manga. Mushishi is NOT like your other youkai/supernatural creature story. To enjoy this you'll have to understand the very core concept of them, which the mangaka will explain to you. This is a very Unique setting among everything I have ever read, laced with much more beautiful humane stories, each one more brilliant than the other.

This one had me at the "Son of Satan" yet an Exorcist theme! Add to that, Parallel worlds, Fire horns, a funny tail, Sword(<--another 1 of my weaknesses) and last but not the least - A HOT twin brother with sexy moles!! (≧∀≦)

Another Highly Informative mangas of this list. Not to mention, Educational too! I am a complete beginner in understanding & appreciating Old Classic Arts, their Origin, their Values & their History. So I enjoyed each & every bit of it! I felt more learned after reading it. And I recommend it to anyone looking for an enlightening read ^^
