Femmes Fatales (Unusually strong/witty/beautiful/strong-willed women)

This is among the few josei mangas which could be described as thrilling. Simply put it is the story of a rich girl who found her self to be surrounded by treachery at the hands of her own mischievous cousin. Through the hard way, she learns how to become more independent and confident in order to avenge her father's death and turn the tables on the guy who took everything from her. A journey of vengeance where passionate and mature romance also bloomed.

This is a well-done one shot where everything just falls into its place. The mangaka's drawing style was cryptic in a positive way (it picks the reader's attention) and surprisingly it has a beautiful graceful ending in a bittersweet romance, where as a cherry on the cake, the main lead ventures into femdom!

This could have been the counterpart of "Silver" manga, if it weren't for the fact that it plunged into too many unrealistic twists. If those twists had been different, this manga could have been put in the same category as "Silver". It has nonetheless two "femme fatale" female characters and an equally charismatic and strong-willed male lead. I think that his presence and acts provided this manga with the necessary element which made it interesting.

Even though the mangaka mastered the drawing techniques, but still I only gave this manga one star. There were simply several points which I didn't like. The ecchi was drawn in hentai spirit, there was a misogynistic theme, some points were left unanswered and the mystery behind the MC's parents' murder could have been better. It is a pity because the main female lead was attractive (minus the fact that her underwear could be seen all the time!).

One shot. The female character had guts and personality. It is a good option for people who are always seeking to read a josei manga with a strong-willed female character.

It is been said that an overdose of beauty can sometimes kill you; I don't know if that is true but what I know for a fact is that the main lady character in this manga, can without any doubt do that. You see, she is a professional executioner, a hitwoman with a pair of legs that she isn't afraid to show. In this manga, you'll follow her in two of her missions to fulfill a contract; for whom? that is the mystery side of this story. Suitable for an adult audience.

The female lead qualifies to be in this list because she is faithful to her personality. She is not afraid to take the first step. Offering freesia flowers to the vampire lead is a strong example which shows how much guts she has. I won't give any spoilers but this has been a good read for me.

The main women in this manga are all very strong. They are the dominatrix type. However this manga is not suitable for all kinds of readers. You'll understand if you read my full review in the comments section where this manga is posted. In this story, women use men from other races (non-white ones) to satisfy all their needs even the most abject ones. Read this manga only if you don't mind stories revolving around sadism and bondage.
