Story of a yakuza and a surgeon reassigned to internal medicine in rural japan. There first encounter is borderline SA as Kiyotaka puts it, but throughout their chance encounters Tenju is pretty sweet on Kiyotaka and spoils him whenever they meet. Considering this is a yakuza story the couple has a lot of chemistry, and Tenju helps Kiyotaka overcome some challenges that lead to his superior switching his profession.
