honestly had to think about this a bit because this technically can fall under historical but also, i just wanna insert this work anywhere because it's one of the best written and one of my favorite manhwas ever love the trope of a human who lost his humanity learning to be human again with the help of another person and their bond transcends the definitions of platonic and romantic

i don't remember if mc transmigrates or just gets reborn as himself. but basically he knows of how the life of the body he inhabits will end up so tries to make different choices just to end up with the ml falling for him hard

mc gets isekaid into a prince then seeks the help of the hero (ml) to prevent a disaster. classic hero's journey fantasy trope but i do love the dynamic ml and mc have (it's also bc i love the regret in that one scene where ml thought mc died)
