i'm assuming the sister put him up to it because she hates the brother, but i also think bit chan wanted to do it anyway because of attraction and the fact that there's something mentally wrong with him. or maybe the main character did something to bit chan but we haven't seen it yet, this all feels really personal outside of him being an asshole and the sister hating him
