Sorry for the long write up by the way; No, they’re both experienced. She was actually married to the evil Crown Prince and even cheated on him before she regressed, which was her way of escaping him, but it only led to the demise of her, the child’s father, and her innocent child.
After she regressed, she chose the ML as her betrothed. At first, he didn’t want it since he was still young and was scared of her, thinking she didn’t like him. But later, he decided to take responsibility and accepted her as his fiancée. However, she distanced herself from him, she refused to meet him and never responded to his letters.
Unknown to him, she was dealing with her past trauma during that period, along with the fact that she didn’t actually like him. She only wanted to use him as a tool to escape the Crown Prince in her current life so she wouldn’t end up marrying him again. That was why she chose the ML as her husband, to stop the Crown Prince from obsessing over her. It didn’t completely work, but at least she avoided ending up with him in this timeline.
So, on his last day as a free man before being sent to the military, out of anger and spite from being rejected for years, he got drunk and slept with an unknown woman, someone he never saw again or even remembered.
The rumors about him being a manwhore, which was one of the main reasons she chose him as her betrothed after regressing, came from her past life where she heard he slept around with many women. She believed a man like that wouldn’t mind being abandoned or divorced later on, which was part of her plan.
But unknown to her, those rumors were actually lies spread by her ex-husband, the Crown Prince, to tarnish the ML’s image and keep him in check, because he knew the ML had always been in love with her across their lifetimes and that they were destined to be together.
In their original first life before the regression, she and the ML were already married. However, he couldn’t remember any of their past lives, and she couldn’t remember that first life with him either. There where series of events that happened in their first life, that led them to make a deal with an angel, to keep living different lives until they both find happiness.
A lot happened during those lifetimes that I can’t even fully get into because it’s too long. But one thing is clear: he has always been faithful to her in every life, and she has been the same. The only time he slept with another woman was when they weren’t truly together and their engagement was forced.
But the moment they got married, that was when she realized she had made a huge mistake, because she had actually married the most faithful and loving husband ever, whom she couldn't abandoned any longer lol.
