Guideverse: A story where the premise is, people with superhuman abilities (Espers/Sentinels) exist, but their power overloads them upon use. Therefore they need assistance of Guides, who work as stabilizers for them in exchange for protection, as guides are pretty much regular humans.

A trope originally based on the series "The Sentinel", it experiences many variations across media. This is list is a work in progress and mostly includes stories I've read or plan to read.
