Not sure why I keep returning to this one. It's not sparkly and cute like some others by this mangaka, but something about it draws me in each time.
Student x teacher.
Second couple's story (tho I also love the first baka couple). Really has a different starting point from anything else. Sweet, and yet seriously deals with the weight of what the MC has done in the past. A spin-off of a previous manga, I recommend reading the original first (important bg to the MC), but I like this couple's two stories much more.

The characters are great and original, main story is quirky and vibrant, and it's one of those where I enjoy the balance of personalities between the main couple.
Student x student.
One of the best, non-standard main characters in manga.
It's a tiny bit epic.
Natsume Isaku. 'Nuff said.
This is just a classic, dramatic, dangerous, epic love story. Again, I love couples with equally strong personalities.
(For some reason, the new webtoon version has been completely tacked on to the end; It is the original that fell in love with and return to.)
NB: Some of the scans are problematic, especially the earlier ones, so I tend to read this one at Mangapark, which has multiple versions, and just switch between whichever version is better at different stages.
(Spin-off of Yume Musubi, Koi Musubi, but also stand-alone.)
The romance in this is different from most BL. I love the mature, low-key, reasonable adult vibe about the couple's interactions, while love and passion are quietly rumbling and growing underneath it all. Another where the couple feel balanced, equal, with their own personalities and their own strengths and weaknesses.
The first couple.
It seems like a typical student x school doctor story, but I love how the student ends up NOT being the arrogant little bastard cliche he looks like he's going to be, but instead is quite cutely honest and sincere; I like how the doctor turns out NOT to be a cold-hearted sadist, despite being a little teasing throughout. In the end it's just a cute, fluffy read.
The development of this manly little romance feels so tentative and delicate.
