This manwha is the closest I can think of that fits the vibe of one room TA. The premise is very different though, a young college student is a big fan of a successful actor that he admires and one day accidentally starts texting him through a fan role playing account. Lots of great moments and on the longer side.
This manwha is very popular right now for good reason. Good vibes with this one and a bit of angst in the middle. Older divorced salaryman falls for his younger guitar teacher in college. Age gap and established relationship! There is smut in this one.
This one is an amazing read about workplace rivals who eventually end up boning and getting along great. This one is much shorter than a lot of the other picks on the list. So I also recommend for time saving. There is also smut.

This is my first recommendation that is not like one room TA but is a masterpiece so you’ ve got to read it. It has a lot of political tensions and can be dark at times, a concubine of sorts to the emperor teams up with the prince who’s returned to the castle after running away. They rebel against the corrupt king and bring prosperity to their kingdom. I have also included the mature version bc I initially read the og where they would fuck off screen and I would get perpetually edged
This is a great fluffy manga where a younger man takes interest in the older cooking show host. Very cute and the food they make looks freaking amazing too.
This is another wholesome manga about a young high school student who accidentally attracts the attention of a scary-looking guy who has an interest in flowers.
