IF there is romance at all, some of these are toxic as hell and there's nothing romantic about them.

Anything that has men attracted to other men as protagonists AND a subplot separate from their relationship, a problem that has to be resolved, a scenario that has to be investigated, a mystery that has to be unraveled, a revenge that has to be fulfilled, etc. Maybe it has some lore, some worldbuilding, some politics. An attempt at being something more.
