People followed MLs who dated someone or liked/loved someone before the FL page 1

These are really difficult for me to enjoy. Idc if they're really sweet with or loves the FL more than the previous girl after falling for her. If they've been in love with someone before, it just makes me uncomfortable. It's just my personal feelings (regarding fiction).
