A man pushing thirty is in a decade old unrequited love and emotionally shattered after attending the wedding of his long lost target. During this period of devastation, he is taken care of by a soon to be high school graduate with the same name. The student decides to pursue, the adult attempts to flee, but all for naught. It's been done before, but cute nonetheless.
Cutesy one of an idol group, who may be used to overly demonstrative behavior, but also comes across as awfully sheltered and ignorant (or moronic) for someone who works in that industry, wants to make a friend. Obviously, this kid hasn't a clue what friendship is, thus he confuses himself, and others, as to the nature of his relationship with his wouldbe friend, ending up with a boyfriend instead. (Still has 'friend' in the label, so I guess he wins on both fronts.)
Neighbors- An older man and a high school student. Nieghbor is a nice guy, but unsure how far he should meddle into another person's affairs. Student is the son of a prostitute and is coerced into a 'deal' after his mother's death, but that's just a pretense for an asshole doing as he pleases with a child. The neighbor wants to help, but it's complicated; kid doesn't want to cause trouble, but falls in love. It's left kinda open ended...
Well, she's a bit of dip when it comes to affairs of the heart, but that is because she can't forget her first love. He's from a powerful family who has a nutter in the attic. Eventually it all gets worked out and happily ever after.
A century old witch and the prince who has been infatuated with her since he was a child. Although he is the fifth prince, he manages to win the hearts of the people to the extent he is crowned king over all his elder brothers. This creates tension with the eldest of the siblings, turning his mind sour, so not only must this young king and his witch contend with the stigma of her race, but also the chronic threat that is the one who lost the throne.
Kinda cute. Orphaned high school girl and her little brother are struggling to live their lives when a cursed playing card ends up bringing Lancelot from the past into the present. (Somewhat historically/mythologically inaccurate, but okay.) They have some shenanigans and eventually love wins the day. The included extras are moronic.
Just a cute read. A preschool teacher and a work from home designer(?), it starts as mostly a reminiscence of how they met, fell in love and then on how they currently live. It bounces back and forth a bit from present to past, from one point of view to the other, but there is no real trauma or drama, just a fluffy little piece.
They were friends while attending university, but desperation lead to a fuck 'n chuck. Years pass and they meet again for work, feelings long dormant bubble to the surface and they realize their feelings are mutual, thus, they become a couple. It's cute in its own way.
So a typical forceful, hedonistic seme goes after his unsuspecting, hard working, heterosexual uke. What's atypical about this story is that there isn't any rape, sure there's a bit of an attempt and a mention of it, but the seme gets smacked hard enough to make his nose bleed while the uke tells him off. There's some, but not a lot of, backstory, and despite the turbulence, the pair do end up together. It's the same, but just different enough to earn a place here.
It's cute, but the typical 'I'm hetero but homo for you' type of set up. A young master is drawn to a painting he saw at uni, he then seeks out the artist and discovers he's down on his luck and offers him a place to stay. From there the two develop a friendship that becomes a deeper attraction, there is some drama over the apartment before their relationship comes to ... a head (hmm, that sounds bad) ... reaches fulfillment and vocalization of mutual affection.
