My top favorite. Hugely re-readable. The best and cutest seme and uke around.
Gorgeous art and a really sweet slice-of-life romance.
Sequel to Doukyuusei. Still gorgeous art, still an amazing and sweet story.
Follows Sotsugyousei.
this manga is criminally underrated! it's a beautifully woven story, told mostly in reverse chronological order. the two leads are sarcastic but tender. their love is obvious, though not cliche. there are themes of incest and parental mental abuse, but in my opinion, the themes are treated with the gravity they deserve (and the brother with incestual desire is soundly rejected). it may take a few reads to fully grasp the depth of the story, but it's well worth the effort
Can't help but relate to this one as a fellow middle child. Aki's struggle is relatable in general: he desires the love and attention his siblings receive but has such low self-esteem he doesn't think he deserves it. with all the commotion of a busy household, that kind of quiet struggle is easy to overlook. sometimes, the most precious people are the ones who offer to help to those who desperately need it but will never request it.
A healthy couple for once! Sweet little vignettes, light on the drama, I just love it <3
Tear rending, but sweet. Heavy on the feels.
Hilarious story about a super popular, gregarious guy and his weird attraction to a scary-faced first year. Adorable adorable couple, light on the drama with tons of laughs. Love the self-aware humor picking fun at the yaoi genre. I wish there was more!
