This story touched on issues like discrimination, bullying, abuse, religion and human morality. It shows just how manipulative and apathetic humans can be. I loved the flow of the story and how Simon and Conor grew not just as friends but as lovers as well. It's a dark, almost tragic read that I recommend for readers of all kinds... Beautiful yet haunting.
