FYI,manhua adaptation is slightly different from novel.
Most if not all adaptation from novel to manhua is tame and simplify.I didn't even realize the novel is yaoi.

For example the chapter with movie scene,GF supposedly wore a leg cast when they went to the movie,and JC didn't say "I will like you forever" in the novel,and they both masturba** each other in the theater,not explicit.Just words that we can assume.

I always prefer manhua, no doubt. But when it comes to an adaptation from a novel, it'd preferebly to read the novel because that's how the author wrote it. Not to mention you lose a lot of details in the manhua and it get 'simplify'. I have nothing against manhua adaptation, just that I want to consume my BL adaptation in its original format as the author intended.

I honestly don't know if I agree the novel tagged as yaoi.Because its not exactly explicit.
