Literally, my favorite manga / manhwa ever. MC is intelligent and very quiet / independent. He’s not evil, but I wouldn’t say he’s a shining knight in white armor either. The plot is well done and the art is really beautiful. Definitely recommend!

MC is an orphan taken in by three undead, who become his family. He learns skills from each of them - even proper respect for the gods.....and how evil some of the other gods are. In this life, unlike in his previous one, he is determined to LIVE rather than just ‘remain alive’.....

Just....wow. This was absolutely beautifully and brilliantly written, and I completely recommend it. It has humor and darkness, sorrow but also happiness. In some ways, it’s a lot like D. Grey-man.

MC is raised as a slave on a noble’s estate, in a place where slaves are allowed to neither read nor wield a sword. But one day he makes a mistake....

Much more serious and well-written than I’d expected. The plot wobbles once or twice, and some pieces are a bit overdone, but overall it’s a really interesting story that’s fairly unique and an excellent read. Plot covers ground and mixes action with emotion. Really excited to see where this goes!

MC is an ordinary student Obsessed with online gaming, until one day a level icon appears above each person’s head, detailing their stats and skills? So he decides to go ahead and level up....

What I think of as a classic for this genre - the plot is a bit slow-moving, but excellent and with its fair share of secrets too. It’s on the humorous side until it needs to be serious, and I like how the MC develops / changes over time. Looking forward to more!

This is my absolute favorite reincarnation / in the past manga! Nie Li is snarky in a really well-done way, and never looses sight of his ultimate goals. Brilliant and funny - please read!

This is a really clever series. MC isn’t OP in any traditional sense, but his knowledge is. A few slow parts, but it always picks back up again and it just keeps getting more interesting!

One of my favorite manga ever (and anime). MC is OP and the storyline is clever and alternates between humors and dark. If you ever feel like MC’s treatment of the girl is too much, keep going because it gets better and there’s a reason and secret behind EVERYTHING.

MC is old, older than many would think possible. So the day he awakens from his most recent 800 year sleep is a joyous one for his loyal servant....

This is a slow one. I like it, and it’s super humorous with good plot and secrets and one or two OP characters, but it’s also a bit slow in places? If you like the beginning then it’s definitely worth continuing / giving it a try though. I hope you enjoy it!

One of my absolute favorites. Even if the story gets slow at times, it ALWAYS picks back up, and it’s incredibly complicated and well laid-out. MC WILL be OP eventually, just give it some time, and the artwork DOES get really good, just give it some time. Happy readin

MC is an overworked company employee who accidentally dies in his sleep and is given the chance to reincarnate and live the peaceful life he was never able to before. So he begins, content to remain in the forest with no human contact and no one but his slimes for company....

Lighthearted and sweet. MC is OP, clever, and has done a lot of ‘slime research’ into the sorts of uses they might have. It’s a really nice, uplifting read. Hope you enjoy!
