Read and liked

Only kisses and hugs, it’s so shonen ai it disturbs me.
This relationship drama story about two couples (a gay x straight, and a gay x bi) is REALLY well written.
I could gush more about it, but this one will definietly come on the ”manga I like” list.

A story about a mortician and a surgeon at a hospital.

This story has a chapter about a 7 y o child undergoing brain surgery (and thankfully making it), and it made me emotional. This is a mature story, but it doesn’t depict any explicit sex, so it reads more like shounen ai than yaoi.

Oh my gawd, after seeing this author write lots of plot focused manga WITHOUT wholesome sex and romantic couple lovey dovey things, suddenly there’s this GREAT story about a widowed lawyer and an OBGyn doctor.

Oh me oh my, this one was SO frikking nice to read. Oh, thank you translator for your funny comments: ”we stan sex aftercare SO HARD” and fuck it’s so nice to see a seme really say outright that they like the uke, and still NOT go all the way because they hadn’t been able to prep to have sex.

Zhiming’s and Chu Lin’s story - about the ice-cold gay clothes designer who didn’t care for love and the rape victim butterfly boy that became his assistant - is one of those stories that stay with you.

This story has some of my favourite love quotes.

The story of how two best friends became a bit idiotic about being too socially akward to get themselves girlfriends, and decide to have sex with one another instead.

Queue some drama, and voilá: we are treated to one lovey dovey cute couple in the end.
