That is one awful title.
Anyway, I wanted to make a list out of those mangas addressing the hardships of being gay, and the confusion in one's process of finding his own sexuality.
I try to gather here yaoi mangas that go against clichés, stereotypical plots and the homophobic/sexist/rape tropes that any yaoi reader has already come across. I only put in lists mangas I grade 4 or 5 stars (and usually completed) so you might find very popular as well as almost unknown stories here.

I love this ! Don't expect any smut from this, even though the design of the male characters can be misleading. It's a funny, sweet, and smart read in which the protagonist, a slightly homophobic single father, comes to term with homosexuality and what it means as his newly deceased brother's husband from Canada visits Japan. I really enjoy the "Mike's gay culture lectures".
Volumes 1&2 are published in french and apparently in english too next summer.
