In my opinion he has to do a complete 180 to redeem himself. His drunk self isn't even that nice, just decent.
Personally I skipped most of the season to read only the drama at the end, to avoid reading free abuse. I'm in only to see Jae suffer tbh, and for Dan to grow a pair
