4/5 -- this is like my ideal MC -- cool, level-headed, adaptable, empathetic but has boundaries, and smart as a whip -- fuck yes. i am here for this. time to read the novel.
4.5/5 -- ch 29 (end of s1) -- super interesting!!! ticks all my boxes: strong/crafty yet considerate mc, interesting and sensible politics/drama, capable female characters, and non-stereotypical portrayals of other cultures, AND it explains why he has the maturity and build of an adult from the beginning (ty... srsly... it's one of my pet peeves in this genre) a really unique take on the dungeon/awakening trope :3
4.5/5 -- surprisingly deep! i was here for the art in ch1 but each chapter layered the plot so well
4.5/5 -- takes you by surprise! starts off like a typical isekai/transmigrated into the savior but it's executed with a nice twist
4.5/5 -- idk why this has such a low rating -- all the characters go through so much pain, self-reflection, and character development -- def one of the more realistic abo dramas out there and a worthwhile read.
4.5/5 -- still good after all these years omgg
4.5/5 -- could quickly turn into one of my fave reads -- LGBTQ+/trans representation -- starting an apparel brand -- i really relate to this character on so many levels, i wish i had a jin with me in high school to be the spark that lit my confidence like he does for ryuu
