1.5/5 -- too much smut, not enough development -- but the art is nice and some of the cultural motifs used for paneling are really well rendered
beautiful as always
i love the imagery and the depth the art conveys, totally makes up for the lack of verbosity that you would get from the novel -- i was blown away by the imagery of society in the first chapter
the reason why i want to visit bolivia
seeing the art develop from the beginning to the OPM style gives me hope -- one of the most iconic shounen styles

Wow love your commentary–some of them are spot on. Are we the same age? bcs Pandora Hearts also had me on chokehold in middle school haha. Around 2012-2013 I learned about webtoons (Annarasumanara, Nowhere Boy, Girls of the Wild) and love the artstyle as well.
