nice linework -- plus i always appreciate more folklore/historical motifs
damn i wanna know what brush pack this author uses cus theres no way she can draw such detailed fits in every panel without them and expect any sleep LOL
the expressiveness in the eyes + the fashion and body lines. nice.
this art glo up is iconic. i used to want this style so bad. the character designs are somewhat edgy (given the concept) but the lines get softer and softer (face/body shapes) while getting more dynamic -- kinda like katekyo hitman reborn, an art style i also used to admire a lot
you can tell the author did some research in historical styles -- the details are great (a little anachronistic to be bringing in the renaissance tho when using victorian silhouettes even if its a fictional setting but that's the freedom of fantasy lol)
promo but love the cover and the lighting/drama in the panels
a very whimsical, surrealist, pastel style but the storytelling could be developed more. feels kind of like a school final/project? like there's a lot of room to grow
one shot -- tw: abortion -- surrealist and mature, like what the last entry (absurd theory) could evolve into -- an amazing metaphor told like a dream in just 7 pages
the lineart and dress lines are beautiful, but the story is somewhat bland (?) might give it another try sometime tho
say hello to peak 2011 lineart and pretty boys LOL

Wow love your commentary–some of them are spot on. Are we the same age? bcs Pandora Hearts also had me on chokehold in middle school haha. Around 2012-2013 I learned about webtoons (Annarasumanara, Nowhere Boy, Girls of the Wild) and love the artstyle as well.
it sounds like we might be haha. those are some great webtoons!! i know i’m missing a lot of stuff on this list since i started it so late in my reading journey. thanks for the reminder~
