This is a story about brotherly love, but it's not a selfish, lustful love. It's not incest. This is an absolutely beautiful and slightly bittersweet story about two brothers who don't live near each other, sending and receiving their yearly letter to one another. 8 years, and a total of 8 letters each, with the story of the two slowly unfolding as the years go on.
Ah man, this is like that one episode of Black Mirror where the wife's husband dies and she buys a robot version of him that's him but not him at the same time, and I thought I knew what I was in for but I was W R O N G.
Read this story when you have time afterwards to collect your thoughts and be alone. It's a masterpiece, but it's very sad.
Does it have a happy ending? You'll have to decide that yourself.
