BL Tier List 2.0

Tragic & depressing, although the ending at least gave a little bit of hope with the promise of reincarnation. It successfully fulfilled my angsty heartbreaking bl quota of this year, so if you're a fan of that genre, then I'd recommend this manga for you. I only need that kind of story once or twice per year tho because my emotion can't handle much more than that lol.

DAMN this manga could've totally been one of my absolute faves. Seriously though, unrequited love blossoming into moving on story is such a favorite story archetype of mine. I do think that the things that held this manga back for me were the pacing and editing, like some scenes just felt stilted and awkward for me. Still, plus point just for the premise alone. 4/5

Very cute story if you took everything on face value, but if you dug a little deeper, you'd find a very bittersweet story here about sudden change in life and the possible sacrifices that come along with it, and how much compromise one can make just to be with someone they love. Subtle but interesting, I loved it. 4/5

Just two adults living their adult lives and having a wholesome relationship with each other. I wish we would have more extra chapters but oh well. 4/5

No seriously, this was a really good manga with gripping angst, nice progression, really likeable character in Souma and interesting character in Ashida. But the ending was just...well it ended! Talk about premature. Oh well, still a really enjoyable read tho. 4/5

Really cute and Kitazawa is so fucking hot. The story might not be much, but shallowness shall prevail and hot seme + hot art will net you bonus point. 4/5
