Manhwas like these are written with the concepts of ‘rape-fantasy’, ‘rough sex’, ‘weird power dynamics’, etc. It’s rarely ever going to be truly progressive. So, you have to dive in in these kind of stories with these in mind. Otherwise, you’ll end up confused, disappointed and disgusted.

i feel so guilty for hyesung, hes bonded with a man he is obviously not happy with, who has and continues to force him to do things against his will, it’s honestly a bit cruel that he couldn’t leave and be happy even if he wanted to, it upsets me so much, i really hope that the author wont just breeze over dojins toxic behaviour, r!pe shouldn’t be ignored. he deserves better :/
