the first nana was not his real brother,his fire truma happened from another accident. The nano from the second story is his real brother.

Is it just me or is anyone else really confused? So the first nana is with mitsuha and so was he not part of the fire in the orphanage? like another fire that we dont know about? cuz the actual nanao is in the second story, not the same person? ahh.. im getting confused again....
