It isn't my favourite theme for a story, but I like the way Tenzen Momoko tackled the subject in "Wonderful Days?", because the characters are quite believable and sympathetic.

Ah I already read Haru wo Daite Ita. Good story and good artwork from Nitta-sensei. Iwaki and Katou are my fave couple in yaoi world (^w^)
