It seems that the family has more Omega’s in their ranks than they’re willing to admit and when they discover one their own is an Omega, they send them to the same doctor who puts them on inhibitors and experimental Alpha pheromones to hide their dynamic in order to maintain the facade of being a family which only produces superior dominant Alphas. After hearing what his nephew told him about being put on allergy medication since he was young, but were actually dynamic inhibitors, the uke realized that they were doing the same to him. He had been sent to the same doctor for the same allergies since he was young as well. He threw away his inhibitors after his appointment which allowed his true nature as an Omega to emerge so now he’s going through his first heat with what appears to be a highly compatible Alpha so he’s asking him to rut him.

long story short, every omega from that family are tricked into believing they are alphas just like the guy from the first story and this new guy was also an omega from that family who stopped taking the meds and had his first heat.
