Deokhoo is undoubtedly a whole dang meal, but I especially love him for how he and his family members make Nanhee feel like she's worth all the love and opportunities she's been given. Reading about Nanhee's mom realizing how she failed to really appreciate Nanhee's good points (and even later when she starts to see how selfish the eldest son she kept comparing Nanhee to actually was) was hella cathartic, given the light and comedic pacing of this romcom. I'm actually impressed with how the author managed to squeeze that in there without throwing off the light-hearted tone of the webtoon. I'd just love to see more healthy and supportive main couples like Nanhee and Deokhoo in manga/manhwa for women.
