If you scroll thru the comments you'll see that people ARE talking about how toxic it is. In fact its mentioned after every chapter.
What I don't get is how ppl will play games where you have to murder, torture, and kill others and no one complains. Reading a book is fiction, just like playing violent games is fiction. Anyone who reads yaoi should be old enough to know it shouldn't be taken literally and to reality. Who cares if it romanticizes toxic behavior? It's a book for goodness sake. No one would romanticize this behavior irl obviously, but it's a book and some people like themes like that,
Plus ppl always point out all kinds of toxicity in a manga like they are the toxicity police so yeah many ppl are talking about it XD I personally just find this manga cute
