This is up to debate but, if there were to be a manga based around a certain illness, I believe they should have a warning (either by the editing team/scans team or by the mangaka) that the manga does indeed, contain this certain illness.
I read a manga that had a character experiencing anorexia, it gave me no warning and all of the sudden they were throwing up their food and starving themselves, I had a full blown panic attack (as due to the fact that I have/had it)
I'm not saying these stories shouldn't exist, I just wish we are able to get a heads up on these types of things.
