You can't unfollow as far as I know but you can always mute the notifications
im not sure abt topics but if u want to unfollow a question you first need to tap on your profile then click on the homepage then scroll all the way to the bottom where it says favorites and look for the question. To unfollow tap on the question and look for the unfollow button near the question, I hope this helped.

On creating a topic there's this follow button on the left side after the post... And I've followed some but I can't find them nor know how to unfollow them... So HELP!
