I think that a conffesion don't work out just yet..why? Too early...not yet...cause Raku is starting to having concious his love for her..we should see what happen and see at a time that he doesn't care what she will say if he confess...(when I say "what she will say" refers to Raku thinking Chitoge likes someone else)
