Over time, hikaru (the boyfriend) realized that he's overly conscious with ken-chan's presence despite being aware that mi-chan is possessing him. He's confused and subsequently feel bad for mi-chan. He also kept on addressing ken-chan as mi-chan because he's having a hard time to cope with his feelings that has changed. Meanwhile ken-chan already starts to fall in love with hikaru. He would be depressed and sad whenever he thinks that hikaru doesn't care much about him (which pains me a lot). Gradually, hikaru will accept how he's now in love with ken-chan. These two will probably spend a lot of time together and get to know each other better. Oh and don't hate on mi-chan, without her, hikaru and ken-chan wouldn't even meet again hahah
