well it does make sense for the workplace to threaten like that if you come late all the time. But it's hard to come in on time/go to work when you're not motivated to go. Is the job something you even like to do? have you looked at other job opportunities though?

Well, thanks. I'm barely holding it now in the office. I'd like to cry. I'm not afraid of the suspension, but the way it was said in front of my colleagues was quite offensive.

I was threatened to be suspended from work along with another colleague because of chronic tardiness. Of course, everything is my fault because I have been unmotivated for many months now. I'd like to quit but somewhere inside me, I feel that I shouldn't. Can't say all these at work and I don't post something like this on fb so I came here. I hope you wouldn't judge me, I just want to get it out of my system.
