Even though he is greedy and wants to be in that position of power he is jealous of Luo Chang! Why else would he lie to Luo in saying that he has to live in the servants house? Or maybe he was referencing something else about “everything he said was a lie” idk sometimes I have to reread it cuz of the translations grammar but so far I’m enjoying it!
