Sex Pistols Chapter?

Hey guys it's been a while since I read it so I don't really remember any of the characters names so please bear with me. >__<

I'm looking for the chapter in Sex Pistols where the uke of the main couple realizes that the seme isn't in love with him and is just using him for his body. Around this time I think they're staying with the seme's other family members including his cousin who's romantically interested in the uke. The Ike considers just starting a relationship with the cousin instead and tells the seme that he will bear him a child but beyond that he doesn't want anything to do with them. This causes the seme to become really pissed and rethink their relationship(?) Sorry I don't know their names but I really want to know the exact chapter so please help!
