I remember the first chapter is the main character taking care of the male lead cuz he broke his arm

The main character is in love with his childhood friend and so does he but he doesn't know. He finds a red book and that book contains what is supposed to be his friend's life where he is happy. Whenever he tries to go against it something bad happens.
