Looking for this Yaoi Manga- Help!

Hi there! I'm looking for this yaoi/shounen ai manga about Person A needing to learn english due to his job and he goes to this place where a lot of male language teachers gather. There is this one incident where Person A studies too hard and end up with a fever, followed by the teachers all bringing their specialties (food from their respective countries) to help cure him.
