maybe read comics with less text but more imagery to immerse yourself in their world? idk "the horizon" is a good example of that i feel, it fucks you up by making you cry and completate your life. but not because its some "wow, so deep" kinda shit, its just so sad. ofc its a tragedy lol. im also pretty sure theres a cute, fluffy webcomic on webtoon lol and theres so text! just some emoji-ish pictures to show what theyre trying to portray.
I fee like I'm in a really huge reading slump mixed up with something bothering. Both Books and Mangas. I just can't digest and get into them properly. I hate it when I'm feeling like this
