ok so these are my thoughts so far: "she" was someone related to ash, that's why klein says he can meet her through ash (since they look alike probably), and he must have been her knight or something in the past til she died that would be the reason why he can't be ash's knight (I vaguely remember him saying he couldnt swear to her)
